Container Liners

We supply four types – each to fit 20 ft and 40 ft cntrs.

  1. single layer economy – suitable for well drained hides/skins/wetblue
  2. thicker single layer with added felt flooring to avoid forklift tearing/added absorbency
  3. triple layer without felt – these are being used successfully for UK/European exports
  4. triple layer with felt – extra strong and preferred in Australia/NZ where the shipping lines are particularly strict.

All the 20ft and 40ft size container liners have eyelets with elasticated bungee cords for ease of fixing inside the containers with the supplied hooks.  This is a quick and effective way of fully lining the container.  Quality control/loading is overseen by our own team in China and the liners are press-packed onto strong pallets.

1) Single layer liner suitable for drained hides/wetblue hides

one layer (120gsm HDPE)

20 ft single floor liner – 800 pcs/cntr – size 7800mm x 2500mm x 2300mm

40 ft single floor liner – 600 pcs/cntr – size 13850mm x 2400mm x 2200mm

 

2) Double layer liners (thicker single layer plus 300gsm felt)

one layer (140gsm HDPE) + one layer of felt (300gsm) for forklift-tear resistance

20 ft double floor liner – 600/pcs/cntr – size 7800mm x 2500mm x 2300mm

40 ft double floor liner – 400/pcs/cntr – size 13850 x 2400mm x 2200mm

 

3) Triple layer liners suitable for wetsalted hides on pallets

one layer (140gsm HDPE) + one layer (100 Mic PE) + one layer (pp150 gsm) to protect rolling resistance from forklift.  Three layers – outer is PE woven fabric and inners are waterproof.

20 ft triple floor liner – 700 pcs/cntr – size 7800mm x 2500mm x 2300mm

40 ft triple floor liner – 400 pcs/cntr -size 13850mm x 2400mm x 2200mm

 

4) Four layer liners (triple plus 300gsm felt) suitable for brinecured hides

Triple layer spec as per 3 above + one layer of felt (300gsm) for forklift-tear resistance.

four layer structure – outer is PE woven fabric and inners are waterproof.
